Qualifying Call
A quick call to understand your project, timeline, and budget, and confirm we're a good fit before scheduling your showroom visit.
Free Showroom Consultation
An in-person meeting at our showroom to talk through your vision, walk through materials and door styles, and see samples in person.
Professional Design & 3D Rendering
We create detailed drawings of your project using our cabinet design software, including 3D renderings so you can see exactly what you're getting.
Presentation of Drawings & Quote
We walk you through the full design and a detailed, itemized quote, no surprises, no guessing what's included.
Approval & Deposit
Once you approve the design, a deposit secures your spot in our production schedule.
On-Site Measuring
We take precise field measurements at your home to make sure every piece is built to fit exactly right.
Production
Your cabinets are built in our shop, from cutting and assembly through finishing.
Delivery
Your finished cabinets are delivered to your home, ready for the final step of your project.

Hill Country Cabinets is locally owned and family-run, founded by brothers Brian and Kevin Hill. Years of hands-on experience and a shared passion for quality craftsmanship go into every piece we build.
We design and build custom cabinetry for homes across Eastern Washington and the Pacific Northwest, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, offices, and full new construction or remodel projects.
